What we do
We email business addresses only, never consumer lists, purchased personal lists or scraped private addresses.
Every message is sent from a real, monitored mailbox with an accurate From name, a truthful subject line and the sender's identity.
Every message lets the recipient opt out by replying. Opt-out requests are honoured right away and the address goes on a permanent suppression list across all our mailboxes and domains.
We validate addresses before sending and stop sending to any address that bounces.
We keep volumes low per mailbox and per domain, and authenticate all mail with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
We do not send malware, phishing, deceptive links or any content that hides who is writing.
Our clients must follow the same rules. We stop working with anyone who does not.
